Returns Basics
We make it simple and convenient to return tekyard.com purchases. You can return items through the mail, or by visiting your regional tekyard store (so you avoid shipping charges and receive your refund more quickly). Not all products are returnable. Returning Items to the Store
- Your packing list/receipt and ID are required.
- Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
- Gift with purchase items, quantity discounts and bundle purchases have their own unique return policies.
Returning Items By Mail - Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
- Include the return label enclosed with your order, and indicate your reason for the return.
- Use the original shipping carton and packing materials, if possible.
Online Return Policy
You may return merchandise purchased at tekyard.com if it meets the guidelines below. Not all products are returnable. If you would like to return a product, please call Customer Care at 1-877-496-2353.
Guidelines You may return merchandise to a tekyard warehouse within the U.S. or by mail to our warehouse. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do offer merchandise exchanges. Learn more about how to return an online purchase.
14-Day Return Period Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on auction purchases and other items that specifically state a 14 day return policy.
30-Day Return Period Thirty days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on the remainder of our products (see exceptions below).
Exceptions The following items are not returnable: - Labor and/or installation services
- Items that are abused
- Opened computer software, disposables.
- If the original item is opened and is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive credit for these items. Please see details below (Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items section).
Any merchandise missing the original labels cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.
Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee will be charged on items returned with out reason, meaning if you purchased the item by mistake or don't like its color, etc. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on special order products. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like sold" condition).
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item by mail or to a tekyard warehouse, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item in the warehouse or online. To make sure the warehouse has your product in stock, call Customer Care at 1-877-496-2353.
Personal Data Please remove all personal or patient related data, from any returned products. tekyard is not responsible for any personal or patient data left on or in these items.
Rebate Policy Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates are limited to one per product, per household or address.
Promotional Items Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., buy Arthroscopy Shaver and get the blades for free), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

- For purchases made from one of our partner sites, check your packing slip or the partner's Web site for return or exchange information. Items purchased from a partner site may not be returned or exchanged through the tekyard return center or in a tekyard store.
| tekyard reserves the right to deny any return. Store Return Policy This policy applies only to purchases made at tekyard retail stores and may vary slightly from the tekyard.com Return Policy. Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, price matches and warranty repair services. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. All returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase. Tekyard reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return.
30-day return period We accept returns or exchanges 30 days from the original purchase. Please review the exceptions below.

Refund method Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Exceptions: Cash, debit or check purchases over $250 will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 10 business days of return.

Sales to other dealers Returns and exchanges of product purchased through our Dealer Discount Program can be processed at any of our warehouses. A return authorization can be obtained by calling 1-877-496-2353. Every transaction may have its own return restrictions and limitations. Special Offer Returns
Free Gifts You may return items for which you received a free gift in accordance with our standard Return Policy. Note: You must also return the free gift in order to receive a full refund. If you are unable to do so, the value of the free gift will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference. The value of the free gift is based on the price it was regularly sold for on the date of your original purchase.
Bundle Purchases You may return bundle purchases in accordance with our standard Return Policy. If you are unsatisfied with an individual item you purchased as part of a bundle package, you may return that item separately.
Note: In some cases, a bundle discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually. To review the amount you will be refunded for each individual item within the bundle, please call Customer Care at 1-877-496-2353.
Quantity Discounts You may return items for which you received a quantity (either by volume or dollar amount) discount in accordance with our standard Return Policy.
Note: If by returning an item your original purchase is no longer eligible for the quantity discount, the discount received will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference. You may return items for which you received a free gift in accordance with our standard Return Policy. If you are unable to do so, the value of the free gift will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference. The value of the free gift is based on the price it was regularly sold for on the date of your original purchase.You may return bundle purchases in accordance with our standard Return Policy. Store Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning online orders to any tekyard regional location within the United States. - Your packing list/receipt and ID are required.

Mail We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds usually post to the credit card within 72 hours. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
Follow these directions to return by mail: - Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
- Include the return label (sent to you when you call to request a return label) with your product and indicate the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
- We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend that you return the item to a tekyard regional store. If you prefer to mail it, you must call Customer Care at 1-877-496-2353 for special instructions.
- If the product was as represented and not damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
- Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred by tekyard for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item. You will be returned the difference. If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.
- Returns of gift with purchase items, quantity discounts and bundle purchases have specific guidelines for determining your return price.

The funds will be available for your use within one hour of the return being processed.
