Item was tested by placing a cup of water inside of it. Item started at 23 degree's and after 2 hours of being powered on the water froze and temperate was at -14.

Item reached max temperature of -20 after 3 hours of being powered on. 

Glass has a crack starting on the light side. 

Item is missing some screws on back panel. 

Clear tube on side has been cut.
